Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations.
• Develop time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validate project costs.
• Monitor progress and prepare Earned Value reports; analyze cost/schedule baselines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior staff.
• Perform financial analyses including variance and risk analyses.
