• Ability to plan and manage construction projects by interpreting documents, drawings, and specs; develop WBS and schedules.
• Expert-level knowledge of Primavera P6 and experience with project performance tools.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validate costs.
• Generate and analyze earned value reports and discuss observations with the project manager.
• Monitor progress and implement financial controls and forecasting techniques.
