Job summary

You will collaborate with project teams and management to ensure earned value, cost control, and financial reporting accuracy, while mentoring junior staff and aligning with safety and quality protocols across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• 5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains time-phased schedule baselines and cost baselines for projects.
• Performs Earned Value Management and variance analyses.
• Communicates progress to project managers and leadership with standard reports.
• Implements financial controls, forecasting techniques, and risk assessments.
• Mentors junior staff and supports project managers on international projects.
