Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support construction projects across the U.S. You will develop complex schedule baselines, cost baselines, and analytics in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities include managing Earned Value, integrating forecasts, and communicating performance to project managers and clients. Travel to project sites may be required in a dynamic infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs and updates requirements.
• Monitors progress; analyzes variances; supports risk forecasts and earned value management.
• Prepares client and internal status reports to communicate cost status and trends.
