Responsibilities

Support invoice review, validation, tracking, and reconciliation.
Analyze cost, schedule, earned progress, and project data.
Extract, clean, combine, and validate data from multiple sources.
Identify data gaps, anomalies, trends, and reconciliation issues.
Support project controls reporting, dashboards, and management presentations.
Generate schedule data and reporting using Primavera Cloud or similar tools.
Analyze milestones, dependencies, float, and planned vs. earned progress.
Perform quality checks to ensure reports reconcile with source data.
Document data sources, calculations, business rules, and reporting processes.
Collaborate with Project Controls, Scheduling, Cost, Finance, Procurement, PMO, and site teams.
