• Experience with Primavera or MS Project preferred; VBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Continuously reassess planned labor based on evolving schedules.
• Analyze financial impacts of changes in manpower on scopes to stay within budget.
• Track and analyze project controls data including labor hours, quantities, durations, and financial forecasts.
• Assist accounting to ensure invoices to customers are timely and accurate.
• Collaborate with field supervision weekly to determine installed quantities and productivity metrics.
• Submit and track change requests with customers and manage approvals.
