Job summary

Oracle is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Scheduler to own integrated schedules for data center delivery programs. You will lead CPM scheduling in Primavera Cloud, validate field data, and translate it into insights for executives and portfolio leadership.

With 7–9+ years in project controls and a strong background in CPM, you will drive analytics, recovery planning, and actionable improvements, while coordinating with construction, manufacturing, logistics, and operations teams across

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years in project controls or scheduling, preferably for data centers or critical facilities.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, float management, sequencing, and baselines.
• Experience coordinating contractor, supplier, and field schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
• PMP/PMI-SP/PSP or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and governance of integrated project schedules.
• Build, status, analyze, and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera Cloud.
• Create short-term execution plans, lookaheads, recovery schedules, and forecasts.
• Integrate inputs from general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, logistics, QA/QC, and turnover.
• Validate schedule assumptions and readiness through field engagement with stakeholders.
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPI summaries, and narrative updates.
• Maintain data integrity across schedules, risk registers, and reporting packages.
• Analyze schedule data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop workflows that reduce manual reporting burden and improve visibility.
