Qualifications

2+ years of experience in engineering or project controls.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of detailed project schedules and WBS to manage scope, milestones, and deliverables.
Design schedules with linked activities and proper predecessors/successors; review contract documents for accuracy.
Incorporate vendor quotes with time estimates into schedules and monitor procurement timelines.
Lead tracking of procurement schedules and advise on technical requirements in contracts.
Apply CCM to optimize timelines and mentor junior schedulers.
Produce baseline vs. actual schedule reports, monthly narratives, and recovery schedules.
Analyze schedule performance with earned value management and forecast outcomes.
