Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to own integrated scheduling across complex data center programs. You will lead CPM schedules in Primavera Cloud, provide analytics, and deliver executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities include coordinating with field teams, suppliers, and leadership to validate assumptions, track progress, recover schedules, and maintain governance of schedule data. This role requires deep scheduling expertise and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and governance of integrated project schedules and milestone trackers.
• Create short-term execution plans, lookaheads, and forecast updates for timely delivery.
• Validate schedule inputs through field engagement and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPI summaries, and narrative updates translating data into decisions.
• Maintain data integrity across schedules, logs, risk registers, and reports.
