Job summary
Parsons is seeking a seasoned Principal Scheduler to join the Houston Airport Systems project on site in Houston, TX. The role provides leadership in project controls, schedule development and forecasting, and interfaces with clients and senior management.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, 15+ years in project controls, and proven ability to lead teams, customize control systems, and present data-driven forecasts for complex infrastructure programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
- Typically 15+ years of experience in a lower-level Project Controls position and some leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides guidance and resolution for complex project control problems.
- Interfaces with clients, attends meetings, and provides reports.
- Manages tools for project cost control and forecasting.
- Develops work breakdown structures and coordinates staffing.
- Leads analysis and forecasting of costs and performance.
- Trains personnel and supervises project staff.
