Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group seeks a Director of Project Controls to lead scheduling, document control, and risk management across our commercial construction and technology infrastructure portfolio in Houston. The role oversees baseline schedules, change control, and governance, while mentoring schedulers and analysts.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project controls, deep CPM expertise (Primavera P6), Procore mastery, and strong leadership with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project controls experience on commercial construction or technology infrastructure projects.
• Experience establishing and scaling project management structures and governance.
• Advanced proficiency with CPM scheduling tools and document control platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls department, including scheduling, document control, and reporting across the portfolio.
• Oversee master schedules, logic validation, and recovery planning with internal and external partners.
• Own change management, RFIs, and baseline updates ensuring auditable records.
• Lead risk workshops, maintain risk registers, and integrate risks into forecasts and dashboards.
• Develop standardized governance and project file structures for consistency across projects.
