This role requires proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include developing, managing, and monitoring project control systems and CPM schedules. The position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $160,000 per year and various benefits including healthcare and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction documents.
• AACEI PSP or PMI-SP certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction CPM schedules.
• Perform progress schedule updates and comprehensive reporting.
• Conduct site walks for progress validation.
