Job summary

TYLin is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler) to join our PMCM group on a major Community College capital improvement project in Los Angeles. The role is based in Los Angeles and will support an on-site client program with site visits as needed.

This posting is for expressions of interest over the next 3–6 months as new projects arise. You will participate in scheduling activities, coordinate with campus stakeholders, and help drive successful delivery of capital improvements.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of construction project scheduling experience.
• Experience with educational/public-sector capital projects preferred.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create CPM schedules using Primavera P6.
• Review contractor baselines, updates, and recovery schedules using Primavera P6.
• Attend project progress and schedule meetings.
• Accurately track contractor work progress related to schedule.
• Coordinate with campus stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to support successful delivery.
