Job summary

Danos is seeking a Project Advisor with deep expertise in Project Controls, Planning and Scheduling, and Project Services. The role supports the Project Controls Supervisor, helps update tools and processes, and mentors junior team members on best practices.

This position involves coordinating cost control activities, developing controls plans, and overseeing cost estimates for large-scale projects across multiple locations. Travel to project sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Construction Management.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong organizational, business, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project controls, planning and scheduling across multiple international projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project cost control activities and ensure compliance with client policies.
• Develop and maintain project controls plans and schedules.
• Oversee development of cost estimates and appropriation requests.
• Analyze critical paths, float, interfaces; track spend and forecast costs.
• Lead monthly cost and schedule reviews; coordinate data for benchmarking.
• Mentor junior staff and align execution strategies with engineers and regional teams.
