Job summary

Consertus is headquartered in Miami and seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead budget, schedule and cost data collection across multiple projects. You will monitor activity, evaluate data for risks, and develop a reporting regime to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

The role requires a BS in a related field and 5+ years using Primavera P6, with strong cost estimating, scheduling, finance and contract administration expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of the principals of cost estimating, scheduling, finance and contract administration.
• Strong AEC project analyst skills and project controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile program controls data with financial systems.
• Monitor, develop and record project data using existing systems.
• Lead Planning and Development Teams to establish data coding structures and control tools.
• Gather and track budgets, contracts, change orders, trends and actual costs.
• Develop, implement and maintain a reporting database to produce program controls reports.
• Ensure timely reporting of project progress to flag risks to timelines or costs.
• Provide feedback to enable timely adjustments with minimal disruption.
• Promote open communication to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Maintain computerized project reports as required by contracts.
• Review, evaluate and recommend changes to project documents.
• Assist in establishing a master schedule to meet time and cost constraints.
