Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking an ambitious Senior Project Controls Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead cost management, change control, forecasting, and earned value on large-scale, mission-critical data center projects, ensuring delivery within budget and schedule.

This role requires strong leadership, advanced Excel and scheduling software experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders on complex programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of applicable experience in project controls or cost management.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost/change control, including change orders, negotiation, and recommendations.
• Track and review change orders with the Project Manager.
• Budget management and tracking across projects.
• Invoice/payment processing, tracking, and reporting.
• Produce monthly reports and earned value reports.
• Develop and maintain SOW/change order templates with PMs.
• Coordinate close-out activities and ensure governance compliance.
• Support risk meetings and maintain risk log.
