Job summary

Delphinus-Engineering is seeking a Project Controls Manager to provide planning, scheduling, cost estimating, and quality oversight for US Navy shipboard installation projects. The role supports 25% remote work and is based in or near Norfolk, VA, with primary responsibilities including WBS development, scheduling, and performance reporting.

Candidates should have Primavera P6 and MS Project experience, strong PM practices, and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Experience overseeing engineering, construction, and shipboard projects.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
US Citizen with a clean background; security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain WBS and cost-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Support PMs and Estimators with detailed cost estimates and schedules.
Integrate financial data into project schedules and analyze labor and subcontractor costs.
Monitor schedule risk, contract changes, and progress reports throughout the project life cycle.
Maintain portfolio of integrated schedules across Delphinus programs.
