Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with operation, installation, repair, modification and maintenance of Naval HM&E systems.
• 3 years of experience in supervising technical support for installation and maintenance of systems.
• Must be familiar with welding and electrical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and repairs onboard ships.
• Manage task from scoping to completion.
• Track progress and maintain Technical Work Instruction (TWI).
• Lead team briefings and daily reports.

Skills

Experience with Naval HM&E systems

Supervision of technical support

Advanced computer skills

Communication with officials

Ability to interpret blueprints

Familiarity with welding procedures

Familiarity with electrical procedures

Safety procedures knowledge

Education

High school or trade school graduate
