Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination.
• Travel 25-50% of the time.
• Typical work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; additional hours may be required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Plan and organize the setup of the project baseline in the project controls system and track baseline regularly.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline.
• Provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan and communicate reasons for variances and proposed mitigation to Project Management.
• Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work as defined by the contract.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
