Job summary

10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination.
Travel 25-50%.
Typical work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; may require work on other days/times.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
Plan and organize the setup of project baseline in project controls system and track against the baseline.
Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline.
Provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists.
Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance and communicate mitigation plans to Project Management.
Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
