Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, and commercial baselines on medium to large projects in the construction/engineering sector.

You will develop and execute project controls plans, mentor a team of specialists, and collaborate with project management to mitigate variances and keep baseline integrity across the project lifecycle. The role demands a Bachelor's degree, 10 years in electrical contracting or MEP coordination, and 25-50% travel,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of electrical contracting or MEP coordination experience.
• Travel 25-50%.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; may be required any day to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Plan and organize the setup of project baseline in project controls system and track against the baseline regularly.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline.
• Provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance and communicate reasons for variance and proposed mitigations to Project Management.
• Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work as defined by the contract.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
