Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Project Controls Leader to plan and execute project controls for medium to large projects. You will lead a team of controls specialists, coordinate with project management, and ensure alignment with the Project Execution Plan (PEP).

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of electrical contracting or MEP coordination experience, with 25–50% travel. Typical hours are 7:00–17:00, Monday–Friday, but flexibility is expected to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination.
• Travel 25-50%.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; may vary to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Plan and organize the setup of project baseline in project controls system, and track against the baseline.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline.
• Provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan, communicate reasons for variances and mitigation plans to Project Management.
• Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work per contract.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
