Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible Project Controls experience for complex capital construction or infrastructure projects.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing project controls personnel or programs.
• Experience in cost management, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, change management, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Leads project controls activities across assigned projects, including cost management, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, risk management, estimating, and change management.
• Oversees budgets, schedules, forecasts, and performance metrics, identifying trends and risks and recommending corrective actions.
• Develops and maintains project controls processes, procedures, and reporting standards for consistency and accountability.
• Provides project performance analysis, forecasts, and risk assessments to support decision-making.
• Builds relationships with clients, project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to support delivery.
• Leads and mentors project controls personnel to foster a high-performing team.
