H. J. Russell & Company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and direct all phases of project development for one or more data-center projects. You will coordinate with contractors and designers on cost, staffing, and scheduling, and prepare status reports to ensure adherence to contract specs.

The role emphasizes ensuring mission-critical facilities meet Russell’s standards and quality expectations, with responsibility for client satisfaction and timely problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction or Business Management.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience; experience may substitute for a degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Strong understanding of program management, construction management, and development.
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate multi-project programs to meet goals within time and funding.
• Serve as primary liaison with owner, architect, contractors, and construction team.
• Maintain professional relationships with project team and monitor schedule, cost, quality.
• Review plans and specs; advise on systems, materials, and constructability.
• Lead cost estimate development and reconciliation with design teams.
• Prepare objective reports and communicate progress to clients.
