You will build and develop an elite team to drive new product introduction and ramp at a brand-new memory fabrication site in Boise, combining development and manufacturing to transfer products from R/D into production. Qualifications

• 5+ years in DRAM with TD/HVM or operations teams.
• Deep CMP process knowledge.
• 3+ years coordinating a process engineering team.
• Experience managing suppliers and accountability programs.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing structures, standards and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety training is completed and work aligns with Micron safety policies.
• Hire, develop, mentor, and manage a team of process engineers.
• Support qualification of a new processing facility.
• Provide regular feedback on performance and career development.
• Engage with suppliers to develop processes and equipment to meet roadmap.
• Collaborate with Technology Development for transfer and ramp of yield and quality.
• Engage with other Manufacturing teams and lead worldwide alignment.
