Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an experienced Project Leader to steer multi‑site capital projects in Boise, Idaho, from initiation to closeout. You will develop charters, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with IT, facilities, security and operations teams to meet aggressive milestones.

You will lead lab and workspace buildouts, manage risks, and drive supplier performance. A strong background in construction management and executive communication is essential for this role at Micron.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years managing construction, renovation, tenant improvement or capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital projects from prioritizing through closeout.
• Develop charters, execution plans, budgets, schedules, risk logs, and communication plans.
• Establish delivery strategies and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Coordinate all project phases including due diligence, permitting, procurement and handover.
• Provide timely status reports and mitigation recommendations.
• Manage office renovations and workspace projects with stakeholders.
• Lead lab/technical-space buildouts and infrastructure integration.
• Oversee change control and contract administration.
• Coordinate consultant, contractor, and procurement activities.
• Engage stakeholders and provide executive updates.
• Ensure turnover of as-built docs, warranties, and training records.
