Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project controls, construction management, or capital project risk management, including formal risk program leadership.
• Experience guiding $1B+ capital construction projects in industrial/semiconductor environments.
• Strong expertise in quantitative risk analysis, Monte Carlo schedule/cost simulations, contingency development, and risk forecasting.
• Working knowledge of construction contracts, claims, schedules, OSHA standards, and AI tools like Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the construction risk management framework, including governance, risk identification, assessment, escalation, and reporting.
• Own the program risk register, ensure risks are quantified, assigned, actively managed, and tracked to closure.
• Conduct quantitative schedule and cost risk analyses with Monte Carlo simulations and forecast development.
• Partner with project teams to develop and execute mitigation strategies for construction, supply chain, labor, and contracts.
• Deliver executive-level risk reporting and support cross-functional risk reviews for multi-site programs.
