Job summary

The Boldt Company – National Power & Industrial is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager who integrates people, financial insight, scheduling expertise, and leadership to guide project controls across construction projects and operating groups.

You will turn complex cost, schedule, and forecasting data into actionable insights, coach controls staff, and strengthen standardized processes while partnering from site to the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Project Controls, BA, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of related construction project controls experience.
• In-depth knowledge of project controls principles and PM processes.
• Strong financial acumen; interpret cost, schedule, productivity, and forecasting data.
• Experience leading people, setting expectations, developing talent.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, executives, and leadership.
• Proficiency with Excel; working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and PM systems.
• Able to work in office and site environments; travel regularly.
