Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead all project controls functions within an assigned region, acting as a trusted financial advisor for construction project teams and guiding a team of Project Controls Analysts. The role reports to corporate finance with input from business unit leaders and requires collaboration across operations and finance.

You will drive executive financial reporting, contract compliance, KPI monitoring, and process adherence to Clark

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proactive in building relationships with industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach Project Controls Analysts.
• Assign and review staff’s work and support development.
• Develop onboarding plans for new analysts and ensure coverage.
• Monitor KPIs such as Owner Pay Timeliness and Audit Resolution.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost tracking for projects.
