Clark Construction Group in Seattle is seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst to act as a trusted financial resource for our construction projects and to liaise between operations and corporate finance. You will own financial reporting, compliance, and project financial forecasting for projects ranging from $20M to $1B in contract value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in construction finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of relevant project controls experience on construction programs.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to present financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as financial resource for projects; liaison between operations and corporate finance.
• Oversee project accounting, requisitions, and accounts payable processing.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and project forecasts.
• Monitor change orders, cash flow, and cost performance KPI trends.
• Assist with project setup, closeout, and owner contract reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company contracts, safety, and reporting standards.
• Support internal audits, lien waivers, and insurance administration.
• Lead project team training and ensure timely monthly status submissions.
