Job summary

First American Nuclear Co. is seeking a seasoned PMO Project Controls Leader to establish and drive governance across three business lines.

You will own the integrated controls framework, including scheduling, cost, risk, and change reporting, and mentor coordinators supporting project teams. Remote, hybrid, or on-site work options available at our Greater Indianapolis, Indiana or Richland, Washington offices based on location and business need.

Qualifications

• Eight years of project controls experience on large projects.
• Five years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the PMO project controls framework, governance standards, and procedures for use across all FANCO business lines.
• Develop, baseline, and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and contractor scopes for multiple projects.
• Integrate cost, schedule, risk, and change management information into project reporting, executive dashboards, and portfolio performance reports.
• Analyze project performance, identify trends requiring management action, and own the change management process for scope, cost, and schedule changes.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and administration of project controls systems, software, and reporting platforms.
• Train, develop, and mentor Project and Lessons Learned Coordinators, and maintain a comprehensive lessons learned repository.
