Job summary

Group PMX, a leading project, program, and construction management firm, seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, and risk efforts for capital projects in the public sector, with NYC experience preferred. You will coordinate with clients, team members, sub-consultants and stakeholders, driving project controls across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing procedures, maintaining schedules and budgets, preparing time impact analyses, and delivering monthly

Qualifications

• Strong background in core project controls functions
• Experience with design-bid-build programs in public sector, NYC preferred
• Experience with cost, schedule, and risk management
• Familiar with CMiC, Primavera, Procore, Oracle Unifier, BIM etc.
• Ability to develop and maintain project controls procedures and reports
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Develop and enforce project controls procedures
• Develop, implement, and maintain schedules and budgets
• Prepare time impact analyses and analyze delays
• Coordinate with client, team, sub-consultants and stakeholders
• Prepare presentations and monthly reports
• Contract close-out and change order documentation
