Job summary

ICM Ventures Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Controller to design and implement a robust project controls function across cost, schedule, risk, and documentation. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insight and building an operating rhythm for complex programs.

You will lead standards for setup, baselines, reporting, and change control while using Dynamics 365, Power BI, and common Microsoft tools to deliver decision-ready updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline required.
• Equivalent project controls experience may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
• Experience building project controls standards, dashboards, and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Build the project controls operating system with standards for setup, codes, schedules, baselines, and reporting rhythms.
• Create cost and schedule visibility with budgets, commitments, actuals, forecasts, and milestones.
• Turn performance data into early action using variance analysis, trends, and forecast reviews.
• Own the change management process from identification through pricing and baseline updates.
• Maintain risk registers, opportunity logs, mitigation plans, and escalation triggers for leadership review.
• Ensure schedules, cost reports, change records, risk logs, and closeout records are accurate and retrievable.
