Rosendin is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to shape and drive enterprise project controls across units. You will guide regional teams to align with business goals, risk management, and performance metrics, while advancing digital transformation and predictive analytics.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in project controls or construction operations, strong leadership, and expertise with Oracle P6, Power BI, Smartsheet, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in project controls or construction operations with multi‑regional leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation and cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for enterprise project controls and KPIs.
• Oversee regional managers to ensure consistent execution across geographies.
• Align project controls with corporate goals, financial targets and risk.
• Drive AI, ML and analytics for forecasting and insights.
• Develop and maintain enterprise standards for WBS, cost control, scheduling, reporting.
• Lead enterprise audits and performance reviews for improvements.
• Mentor future leaders within the PCG and foster accountability.
• Represent Rosendin in industry forums and client engagements.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations to integrate controls systems.
• Lead training programs and change management for new tools.
