Traylor Bros., Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead scheduling, cost forecasting, and reporting for complex infrastructure projects. The role requires expertise in Primavera P6, construction accounting, and strong collaboration with clients and internal teams.

The position will oversee pay applications, value schedules, subcontractor contracts, and procurement planning, with travel and relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required with 10+ years in construction contracting.
• Expert in Primavera P6 scheduling and cost forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting techniques and reporting.
• Ability to read/interpret drawings and specs with ms office proficiency.
• Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedule using CPM and linear scheduling techniques.
• Oversee monthly pay applications for client submission.
• Prepare and maintain project Schedule of Values.
• Manage subcontractor contracts, payments, and applications to client.
• Interface with client management and coordinate project control with related programs.
• Manage labor reporting and monthly cash flow analysis.
