Qualifications

• Strong CPM scheduling and cost reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project schedule using CPM and linear scheduling techniques.
• Oversee monthly pay applications and value schedules of the project.
• Maintain Schedule of Values and manage subcontractor contracts and payments.
• Interface with client management and coordinate project controls.
• Manage labor reporting and monthly cash flow analysis.
• Plan procurement and coordinate with management on staffing and safety.
• Assist in project decisions regarding cost and schedule; travel as required.
• Relocation flexibility to support project needs.
