Job summary

Traylor Bros., Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead CPM scheduling, cost reporting, and forecasts on complex tunneling projects. You will oversee monthly pay applications, Values of Schedule, and cash-flow analysis, coordinating with management and subcontractors.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 10 years of construction experience, with Primavera P6 proficiency and strong accounting skills; relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 10 years experience with construction contractor.
• Experience in project controls and scheduling.
• Ability to relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project schedule using CPM and linear scheduling techniques.
• Oversee monthly pay applications for submission to the client.
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of the Schedule of Values.
• Manage subcontractor contracts and payments, and payment applications to the client.
• Interface with client management and coordinate project control with other related programs.
• Prepare monthly project cash flow analysis.
