Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture and US licensure are required.

• Proven track record leading complex, large-scale facility projects from concept to completion.

• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Design Development: Oversee construction phase services of architectural design for the bus maintenance and repair building, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure compliance with building codes, transportation regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Quality Assurance: Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Construction Support: Provide guidance during construction, addressing RFIs and site issues as they arise.
