Job summary

Arcadis in Atlanta, GA seeks a seasoned project controls leader to drive the function across pursuits and active projects. You will establish baselines, oversee planning, scheduling, forecasting and reporting to enable informed, timely decisions.

The role partners with Project Managers and Operations Managers, supporting proposal development and project delivery with pricing, schedules, and performance insights for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Finance, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in design-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function across pursuit and project execution, establishing and maintaining schedule and cost baselines.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6 with clear scope, dependencies and risks.
• Drive consistency in cost estimating, forecasting, earned value, progress reporting and performance metrics.
• Represent Arcadis in client discussions on schedule and pricing proposals to secure sound outcomes.
• Review complex RFPs and support dispute resolution, identifying risks in scope, schedule and cost.
