Qualifications

• Extensive scheduling and work planning experience with cost management.

• Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Utility industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform project support and work planning scheduling services for the governance group.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to current project controls staff.
• Develop reports communicating near-, mid-, and long-term work plans.
• Maintain the department’s work plan and integrate other departments and data groups.
• Review inputs and changes affecting the work plan and update it accordingly.
• Monitor and communicate project-specific tasks, inputs, and durations during plan development.
• Develop processes for collecting department trend data and drive continuous improvement.
• Create dashboards and program reports.
• Communicate department status to project managers, stakeholders, and management.
• Disseminate accurate and timely information.
• Provide high-level customer service and foster team building and relationships.
• Capture and document department business requirements and desired end-state with stakeholders.
• Build schedule templates and communicate inputs to project teams.
