Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with project planning, control and reporting.
• Proficiency in Earned Value Management and cost/schedule forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain time-phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze earned value reports for projects/portfolios.
• Monitor progress, variances and forecasts; conduct financial analyses.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations.
