The role requires leading project controls efforts, developing schedules, preparing Earned Value reports, and guiding stakeholders with data-driven insights to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project controls with a focus on the energy and chemicals engineering industry.
• Experience developing and maintaining engineering schedules.
• Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Leads project meetings and presentations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in developing project scope of work for Project Controls tasks.
• Develop and link project schedules with engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Monitor progress, prepare progress reports, and Earned Value analyses.
• Provide input on budget forecasting and resource forecasting.
• Train, mentor, and guide planning engineers and junior staff.
