Zachry Group in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an experienced Scheduler III to lead CPM scheduling and project controls across the full lifecycle from RFQ to closeout. You will develop, update, and validate schedules, collaborate with field leadership, and ensure schedule integrity and health using Primavera P6 and integrated EV reporting.

The role emphasizes independent work with oversight, mentoring junior schedulers, and contributing to planning meetings.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; 4+ years of industry experience or 6 years in scheduling/project controls.
• 5+ years in scheduling or project controls experience preferred.
• Proficient with schedule management and earned value reporting.

Mansioni

• Develop and validate project and owner reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Lead schedule update meetings and represent construction plans.
• Perform schedule updates, logic re-application, and resource distribution.
• Analyze resource requirements and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor schedule health indicators and execution adherence.
• Conduct quality checks (e.g., open ends, float, Acumen Fuse).
• Balance earned hours between earned value systems and schedules.
• Mentor junior schedulers and support their development.
