Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Scheduler to lead scheduling and controls for large utility electrical projects in Wisconsin. You will connect customers with the project team, define roles, and drive schedule quality using Primavera P6.

Bring 5–7 years of scheduling experience, strong communication, and a solid grasp of KPIs and cost tracking. Jointly work with Operations and Finance to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of utility electrical scheduling experience using Primavera P6.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at every level.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects across a large portfolio.
• Solid grasp of KPIs, Earned Value, and cost tracking methods.
• Experience collaborating across Operations and Finance to align project and financial goals.
• A BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Access, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Collaborate: be the connective tissue between the customer and the project team, ensuring smooth communication across planning and construction controls.
• Own the Schedule: build and maintain schedules with Primavera P6 using critical path methods.
• Track Performance & Drive Accountability: monitor cost and schedule, analyze variances, and prepare client reports and audits.
