JT Engineering, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Primavera P6 Specialist to join our Transportation team across our four Wisconsin offices.

You will develop, maintain, and oversee complex project schedules using Primavera P6 and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and schedule requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of scheduling experience in civil/construction sectors; proficiency with Primavera P6, CPM, resource

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of project scheduling/controls in civil, construction, or infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for schedule development and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of CPM, resource leveling, and schedule risk analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and oversee complex project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and schedule requirements.
• Monitor progress, analyze schedule performance, and update plans to align with objectives.
• Perform critical path analysis, forecasting, and schedule health assessments.
• Prepare and communicate schedule reports, progress, and variance analyses.
• Conduct schedule impact analyses for changes and delays; propose mitigations.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve conflicts and optimize resources.
• Provide scheduling guidance and communicate risks to stakeholders.
