Qualifications

• Five to seven years of utility electrical scheduling experience using Primavera P6.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects across a large portfolio.
• Understanding of KPIs, Earned Value and cost tracking methods.
• Ability to delegate and define accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the controls team; ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop baseline schedules from scope and budget across projects.
• Prepare monthly cost and schedule performance reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Operations and Finance.
