Dominion Energy is seeking a Senior Controls Specialist at the Surry Power Station in Virginia to lead project controls across the full lifecycle of power projects.

You will develop estimates and schedules, monitor costs, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

• 5+ years of directly related work experience in a salaried, exempt role.

Responsibilities

• Provide project controls leadership for power station projects across the lifecycle.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate project planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and cost-control activities.
• Develop and review project estimates and schedules; monitor costs, progress, and status.
• Establish, implement, evaluate, and monitor project controls systems, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as lead controls discipline representative for major projects; conduct meetings with contractors and company personnel.
