Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Director, Project Controls for Data Center programs to lead planning and scheduling at the enterprise level. You will develop integrated master schedules, governance, and dashboards, acting as the primary client interface and mentor to a team of schedulers.

This role requires 12–15+ years in large-scale capital projects, deep Primavera P6 expertise, and the ability to influence executives across design, procurement, construction, and operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 12–15+ years in planning and scheduling for large-scale capital programs.
• Program or portfolio level leadership with client-facing experience.
• Strong experience in data center projects and mission-critical environments.
• Primavera P6 is required; other planning tools and data visualization experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams in matrix organizations and influence stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness linking schedule to cost, risk and outcomes.
• Excellent communication for executive audiences.
