Job summary

Equinox Engineering in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support scheduling, cost control, variance analysis, forecasting, and reporting across multiple EPCM projects. You will report to the Project Controls Manager and collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to ensure schedule integrity and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in cost control, planning, and scheduling.
• Minimum 5 years in an EPCM oil and gas environment.
• Expert skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• PSP and/or PMP designation is an asset; Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling, cost control, variance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop integrated project schedules from scope with minimal direction.
• Perform critical path and earned value analysis.
• Support schedule risk analysis and change management.
• Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and clients.
