This role leads the integrated project schedule across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and licensing, ensuring schedule integrity and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling on large-scale EPC or industrial projects.
• Expert proficiency with Primavera P6 and schedule governance.
• Strong understanding of EPC workflows, procurement cycles, construction sequencing, and commissioning logic.
• Ability to lead cross-functional scheduling coordination with internal teams and major contractors.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex schedule concepts for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the integrated EPC master schedule in Primavera P6.
• Define schedule architecture, WBS hierarchy, coding structures, calendars, and logic standards.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, licensing, commissioning, and supplier schedules.
• Facilitate schedule development workshops with internal stakeholders and EPC partners.
• Perform detailed critical path, near-critical path, and float analyses to identify trends and risks.
• Conduct monthly schedule health checks and logic quality reviews.
• Prepare schedule dashboards, narratives, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
• Support earned value integration and forecast-to-complete scenario modelling.
